The "Chat UI" extension is designed to respect your privacy. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, chat history, or API keys to our servers.

2. Local Storage (本地存储)

All data, including your API keys, settings, and chat history, are stored locally on your device using your browser's built-in local storage. You have full control over this data and can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data or within the extension's settings.

所有数据（包括您的 API Keys、设置和聊天记录）都使用浏览器内置的本地存储功能保存在您的设备本地。您拥有对这些数据的完全控制权，并随时可以通过清除浏览器数据或在插件设置中将其清空。

3. Third-Party API Requests (第三方 API 请求)

The sole purpose of this tool is to act as a client to help you communicate with third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). When you send a message, your prompt and your configured API key are sent directly from your browser to the respective AI provider's official API endpoints.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the respective AI providers you choose to use, as their data handling practices are governed by their own policies.

本工具的唯一作用是作为一个客户端，帮助您与第三方 AI 供应商（如 OpenAI、Deepseek 等）进行通信。当您发送消息时，您的 API Key 和提示词（Prompt）会直接从您的浏览器发送到相应 AI 供应商的官方接口。建议您阅读您所选 AI 供应商的隐私政策，因为他们的数据处理受其自身政策的约束。
